Name tape and patch production

Text height is the physical cap height of the cut letters. Every cut edge, including round-letter overshoot, stays inside the keep-out. Fit order: size text between the minimum and the full keep-out box; if it cannot reach the minimum, reduce the side keep-out toward the stitch line, then condense horizontally.

Unit patch layout: name across the top; symbol bottom left and subtext bottom right. When the name comes within the alignment threshold of the keep-out, the bottom row aligns to the name's edges; otherwise it aligns to the keep-out. The whole layout is centered on the label.

Cut files are uncompensated; set kerf in LightBurn. Text and symbols are on one layer, the outline on another.

Material colors, weave scale, and reflective behavior are procedural approximations. Verify against physical swatches before production.
